After 40 years of building this business, the most important lesson I've learned is to always put the customer first. Too often, equipment suppliers put their bottom line first - showing reluctance to service equipment sold, fudging on warranty issues, or just plain walking away from a failed project. When Vortex has a problem with an installation, we work through those problems. I've often found that once we've worked through those problems, it is that very customer who becomes our most loyal customer - because they know Vortex will be there when it counts.
